Why a seven-dimension framework

Without a grid, families inventory at random — or not at all. The components of cognitive heritage provide an operational map: what can be captured, governed and transmitted.

This is not academic taxonomy. It is the architecture Aigyros uses so nothing essential remains « in one person's head » alone.

Not to be confused with the seven pillars of the manifesto: those are Maison Aigyros commitments (sovereignty, air-gap, consent…). The components below describe the content of the heritage — what is inventoried and transmitted.

The seven components

• Knowledge — tacit expertise, methods, professional intuition that manuals miss
• Values — non-negotiable principles, decision ethics, the house's red lines
• Memory — founding stories, formative failures, quiet victories that forge identity
• Networks — trusted relationships, alliances, unwritten relational capital
• Reputation — signature, honour, standing in the ecosystem — what is owed to the next generations
• Rituals — family or institutional traditions that cement belonging
• Vision — strategic horizon, intention for those who come after

How to use them

Walk each component with one simple question: if I left tomorrow, what would vanish under this heading? Whatever cannot survive oral answer alone must be constituted.

Some families are rich in memory and poor in formalised vision. Others hold powerful networks and never-spoken values. Imbalance often shows where to start.

From framework to constitution
