Cognitive heritage and notaries

The notary structures assets. Aigyros structures intent, memory and intangible transmission conditions — coordinating with the client's firm, never substituting the deed.

What the notary handles — and what needs complement

Deed of gift, will, corporate succession, legal clauses: the notary excels at structuring material wealth and rights.

Alone, they cannot capture why a family value is non-negotiable, which intent guides a particular legacy, or how tacit know-how transmits. That is cognitive heritage — constituted before or during the notarial file.

How Aigyros coordinates

  • Intangible inventory shared with the client's notary — with constituent agreement
  • Heir access conditions aligned with expressed wishes
  • Documented transmission protocol — no automatic mechanism without legal validation
  • Sanctuary and crystallised media delivered per agreed calendar with advisors
  • Explicit refusal to replace the notarial firm or issue deeds

What Aigyros does not do

Does not draft deeds, give legal advice or substitute the client's notary.

Does not guarantee automatic integration into a deed — that requires validation by the firm mandated by the client.

Frequently asked questions

Does the notary become technical trustee?
Only if client and firm wish it and the device is legally validated. Aigyros provides intangible patrimonial architecture; the notary remains legal third party.
Can a notary recommend Aigyros?
Yes. Confidential audience qualifies the file without commitment. Aigyros complements, never competes with the firm.
Before or after the notarial file?
Ideally in parallel from when transmission intent clarifies — not after the principal's memory is lost.

An heir should not receive a password alone: they receive governed heritage, articulated with the deed the client's notary drafts.
